By accessing workspace-elmcore.click or engaging Workspace Elmcore Co., Ltd. for archive sessions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Workspace Elmcore provides in-person household wallet documentation and USB archive preparation. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in writing before each session. Information on this website is descriptive and does not constitute a binding offer until a session is confirmed.

3. Intellectual property

Content on this website — including text, layout, and branding — is owned by Workspace Elmcore Co., Ltd. Archive materials produced during sessions (inventory spreadsheets, photographs, binders, and USB contents) belong to the commissioning household upon full payment.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your household and devices. You must not request or expect us to record seed phrases, private keys, or PINs. You are responsible for the secure storage of archive materials after handover.

5. Limitation of liability

Our services cover organizational documentation only. We do not guarantee the security of your assets, the accuracy of device firmware, or the recoverability of funds. To the fullest extent permitted by South Korean law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific session giving rise to a claim.

6. Confidentiality

We treat household device inventories as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as required by law or with your written consent.

7. Website use

You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false information through contact forms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
