Household USB Archive Session
A full afternoon documenting every wallet, seed envelope, and recovery note in your home, then building a labeled USB archive with printed household index.
Location: Your home or our Mapo-gu office
Format: In-person, two practitioners
Starting from: ₩480,000
Who this session is for
Families and couples in Seoul who hold assets across several hardware wallets — perhaps a Trezor for long-term savings, a Ledger for weekly transactions, and a paper backup nobody has checked in years. You need one place that lists what exists, where it lives, and which USB copy belongs to whom.
What happens during the session
We arrive with blank encrypted USB drives, a portable label printer, and printed inventory forms. Over four to five hours we:
- Walk through every device — hardware wallets, metal seed plates, paper envelopes, and any exchange backup codes you choose to include.
- Photograph serial numbers and labels (never seed phrases) and record device models, firmware versions, and assigned household roles.
- Build the USB archive — encrypted copies of your inventory spreadsheet, device photos, and a household access map showing which family member holds which key.
- Print and bind a physical index with color-coded tabs matching the USB folder structure.
What is included
- Up to three encrypted USB drives (one primary, one household backup, one optional third-party escrow copy)
- Printed household archive binder with laminated index
- 30-day follow-up call to answer questions about the filing system
What is excluded
- We never ask to see or record seed phrases, private keys, or PINs
- Recovery phrase transcription or metal plate engraving
- Legal estate planning or tax advice (see our Not Financial Advice page)
Preparation
Gather all hardware wallets and backup materials in one room before we arrive. Decide which household members will attend — we recommend at least two adults who share signing authority. Clear a table with power outlets for the label printer.
Next step
Contact us with your household size, approximate number of wallets, and preferred date. We schedule one session per week and confirm within two business days.
