Refund Policy

Overview

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for in-person archive sessions booked with Workspace Elmcore Co., Ltd. Pricing displayed on our website is informational; payment terms are confirmed in your session agreement.

Deposit refunds

A 30% deposit is required to reserve a session date.

Full deposit refund if you cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled session.

50% deposit refund if you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the session.

No deposit refund if you cancel fewer than 7 days before the session, except in cases of documented medical emergency or natural disaster affecting Seoul.

Session cancellation by Workspace Elmcore

If we must cancel your session due to practitioner illness or unforeseen office closure, you may choose a full deposit refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

Partial refunds after session start

If you end a session early due to dissatisfaction with our service, contact us within 48 hours. We will review the circumstances and may offer a partial refund proportional to undelivered deliverables. Refunds are not available once USB archives and binders have been handed over and accepted.

Non-refundable items

• Rush scheduling fees (₩80,000)
• Travel supplements for Gyeonggi visits once the practitioner has departed
• USB drives and printed materials already prepared with your household data
• Follow-up visits where work was completed as agreed

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge if you notify us at least 7 days before your session. A second reschedule incurs a ₩30,000 administrative fee.

No-shows

If no household member is present at the agreed location and time, the deposit is forfeited. We will attempt to contact you by phone before leaving.

Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.

Cancellation of follow-up visits

Follow-up visits cancelled more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 50% of the visit fee.
