2. What data we collect

Website visitors: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookie data (see our Cookie Policy).

Contact form submissions: Name, email address, selected session type, and message content.

Session clients: Household contact details, device inventory information (models, serial numbers, photographs), and session notes. We do not collect seed phrases, private keys, or PINs.

3. How we use your data

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule archive sessions
  • Prepare and deliver household archive materials
  • Improve website content and usability
  • Comply with legal obligations

We process personal data based on your consent (contact forms, cookies), contract performance (archive sessions), and legitimate interests (website security and improvement).

5. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Session records and archive copies held by us (if any escrow copies are stored) are retained for the duration of our engagement plus 24 months, unless you request earlier deletion. Website analytics data is retained for 26 months.

6. Your rights

Under applicable South Korean and international privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Contact us at hello@workspace-elmcore.click. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission of Korea.

7. International transfers

Our website may be hosted on servers outside South Korea. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

8. Security

We use encrypted USB drives for archive materials, restrict practitioner devices during sessions, and do not store household inventories in cloud services.

9. Third parties

We do not sell personal data. Analytics providers and hosting services may process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

10. Changes
